The Wall Street Journal Taxi Challenge
In 2014, the Wall Street Journal conducted a test between Hailo and two private hire companies that demonstrated how black cabs can get you where you want to go quicker and cheaper. Only licensed black cabs can use bus lanes, not private hire vehicles, and only licensed black cabs have 'The Knowledge'.
